Accessability Information
Southport Airshow and Southport Sea Front:
- Accessible car park spaces are available in all Air Show car parks and these are on a first come first served basis. The most suitable car park is the Esplanade as this is a hardstanding car park and close to one of the main entrances.
- Accessible toilets are available on site within the disabled viewing areas and along the Marine Drive.
- An accessible toilet unit, equipped with a hoist and changing bench, will be located next to the first aid facility by the gym at Ocean Plaza.
- The disabled viewing areas are located one adjacent to Southport Pier and one is located at the entrance to the beach by Pleasureland.
- Please note this event takes place on Marine Drive which is hard standing and Southport Beach which may limit some visitors.
Ticketing:
- If you have a disability that necessitates a carer*, your carer will be welcomed free of charge on the day. A carers ticket will be issued at the box office following production of one of the documents below. Free carer tickets are general admission only.
- One example of supporting documentation for Carers Allowance, Attendance Allowance or Disability Living Allowance must be produced on the day. Without documentation, carers will need to purchase a ticket on the gate.
